Internship Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in
recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This is a great
opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations.
Responsibilities:
\- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including
contact details and employment forms.
\- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
\- Screen resumes and application forms
\- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
\- Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social
networks
\- Participate in organizing company events
Requirements:
\- Pursuing/completed a degree in HR or a related field.
\- Strong communication and organizational skills.
