Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

Hiring for a social media intern with a knack for content creation, sharp

visual eye, and hands-on design skills to create engaging Instagram-first

content, understand algorithms, and support day-to-day publishing and

performance tracking.

Key responsibilities:

1\. Create on-brand visuals and short-form travel content for Instagram

(posts, reels, stories) using platform-native best practices.

2\. Own and maintain a content calendar.

3\. Track weekly metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares) and flag what's

working based on algorithm-friendly formats.

4\. Repurpose content for Facebook and WhatsApp broadcasts/catalogs.

5\. Support community management with timely replies to comments/DMs and basic

moderation.

6\. Conduct creative research: trend scanning, references, and competitor

content boards.
