Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Identify and evaluate potential clients, including Amazon Sellers, D2C

brands, startups, and SMEs seeking digital growth.

2\. Build structured prospect lists through detailed market research, industry

directories, social media, business networks, and event connections.

3\. Qualify opportunities based on brand fit, digital maturity, and growth

potential.

Outreach & Relationship Engagement

1\. Initiate and manage communication with prospects through calls, emails,

WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.

2\. Present TeamSuccesso's value propositions effectively and maintain

regular, meaningful follow-ups.

3\. Track all pipeline activities using CRM workflows and structured lead-

tracking sheets to ensure timely engagement and status updates.

Content & Brand Communication

1\. Oversee and maintain TeamSuccesso's social media presence with a

consistent, professional, and brand-aligned voice.

2\. Create and manage marketing content such as posts, captions, engagement

copies, and awareness campaigns that drive visibility and interaction.

3\. Support content calendar planning, storytelling, and audience engagement

initiatives to strengthen brand recall.

Proposal & Coordination Support

1\. Assist in drafting proposals, pitch decks, and onboarding materials

tailored to client needs.

2\. Support business meetings, demos, and events by coordinating internal

teams and ensuring timely follow-ups.

3\. Participate in client interactions, webinars, and networking activities to

build relationships and identify new opportunities.
