Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Assisting with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job
openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
2\. Planning, executing and Supporting the onboarding and orientation process
for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
3\. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and
procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
4\. Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events,
surveys, and recognition programs
5\. Assisting in maintaining employee records, including attendance, leaves,
and performance evaluations
6\. Leading and managing a team of 5-10 volunteers (selected interns, who will
have leadership qualities)
7\. Handling a project as a team lead/co-lead (selected interns will have
leadership qualities)
8\. Contributing to the hiring/exit process, including volunteer onboarding
