Ticket & Weight Dispute Handling - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Handle courier weight disputes and tickets raised by sellers on
Shiplee.ai.
2\. Coordinate with courier partners (Xpressbees, Delhivery, Ecom Express,
etc.) for ticket resolution.
3\. Maintain dispute logs and report trends to the operations team.
4\. Verify shipment data, compare actual vs. charged weight, and update
records.
5\. Ensure timely and accurate closure of all disputes to improve seller
experience.
