Recruitment Specialist - Internship

4\. Help with drafting job descriptions and posting them on different

platforms

5\. Participate in career fairs and networking events to attract top talent

6\. Provide support in conducting reference checks and background screenings

7\. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to

improve the recruitment process
