Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume
screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
Assist in drafting job descriptions, HR policies, and official letters.
Help organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and HR
events.
Provide support in payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to process improvements.
Perform general administrative duties to support the HR department.
