Human Resources (HR) - Internship

As an HR intern at Antino Labs Private Limited, you will have the opportunity

to gain hands-on experience in recruitment while utilizing your English

proficiency skills in both spoken and written communication. Your knowledge of

MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-Word will be put to the test as you support our HR

team with various tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1\. Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial interviews for

potential candidates

2\. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels

3\. Manage recruitment databases and update candidate information regularly

4\. Help in preparing offer letters, onboarding new hires, and conducting

orientation sessions

5\. Support HR team in organizing and participating in job fairs and

recruitment events

6\. Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and job postings on

various platforms

7\. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
