Business Development (Sales) - Internship

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who enjoys talking to people,
understands trust, and takes pride in building real client relationships. This
role involves direct calling, guiding inquiries into conversions, and
delivering a smooth client servicing experience from first contact to handover
to the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our services with
clarity and confidence.
\- Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified conversations and
opportunities
\- Maintain follow-ups with professionalism, respect, and consistency
\- Understand client needs and support them through the decision process
\- Provide timely support to clients during early onboarding and servicing
stages
\- Track leads, pipeline stages, and conversions using CRM, spreadsheets, and
AI sales tools
\- Share weekly performance reports and insights from client conversations
\- Coordinate with the founder and team to refine pitch scripts and outreach
plans
