Human Resources (HR) - Recruitment (Females) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Searching candidates from internal databases, references, and external

entities like Boolean searches, mass mailing through job boards, job postings,

and social media platforms

2\. Working on end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening profiles

as per requirement

3\. Shortlisting the candidates according to our client's requirements and

screening them to showcase for the interview procedure, and following up till

their selection and joining process

Note: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-

assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive 20,000

per 8 joiners
