Creative Design - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Design and visual communication - Create visually appealing posters,

mailers, newsletters, and digital assets for various internal initiatives

using Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar design tools.

2\. Content creation and editing - Draft, edit, and proofread engaging written

content for internal communication campaigns, announcements, and event

promotions.

3\. Brand consistency - Ensure all creatives and content adhere to MBB Labs'

internal branding, tone, and visual identity guidelines.

4\. UI/UX support - Collaborate with internal stakeholders on small UI/UX

design tasks or prototypes (if skilled), such as improving intranet or

internal portal layouts.

5\. Event support - Assist in conceptualizing and creating communication

material for employee engagement events, celebrations, training sessions, and

VOICE/annual day activities.

6\. Coordination - Liaise with HR, design, and operations teams to understand

content requirements, gather inputs, and deliver final creatives within

deadlines.

7\. Creative ideation - Bring fresh ideas to enhance visual storytelling for

internal communication exploring new formats like infographics, short videos,

or interactive content.

8\. Documentation and archiving - Maintain a structured repository of design

assets, content templates, and previous campaign materials for future

reference.
