Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Manage the end-to-end workshop booking process including scheduling,
coordinating with instructors, creating feedback surveys, sending onboarding
emails, and ensuring client satisfaction.
2\. Coordinate HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, freelancers,
instructors, and contractors.
3\. Support business development activities through market research, CRM
management, and execution of email campaigns.
4\. Maintain timely and professional communication with new and existing
clients to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
5\. Assist in sales and marketing initiatives, including posting and managing
content on the company's LinkedIn page.
6\. Collaborate with cross-functional teams Marketing, Product, Delivery, and
Customer Success to support ongoing operations and special projects.
