Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1\. Assist the HR team in scheduling and conducting interviews
2\. Handle basic lead generation and maintain candidate/employee records
3\. Communicate with clients and candidates through calls and messages
4\. Support employee engagement and daily operational activities
5\. Maintain reports, manage data, and follow up on assigned tasks
6\. Coordinate with mentors for ongoing projects and training sessions
