Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Work on attendance & employee tracking
2\. Work on hr documentation & data management
3\. Work on compliance & policy support
4\. Work on event planning & coordination
5\. Work on communication & internal coordination
6\. Work on internship & certification handling
7\. Create and maintain SOs
8\. Manage employee data using Microsoft applications and HR software.
9\. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including
verbal, written, and presentation skills.
10\. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
11\. Maintain and organize electronic and hard copy filing systems.
12\. Perform data entry and scan important documents.
13\. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
14\. Maintain and update contact lists.
15\. Assist in resolving administrative issues and ensure smooth office
operations.
16\. Undertake other related duties as required.
