Customer Service/Customer Support - Internship

As a Customer Service/Customer Support intern at Lagorii, you will have the
opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing
exceptional support to our customers. Your proficiency in MS-Excel, English
(both spoken and written), Hindi (spoken), and Shopify will be invaluable in
ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
1\. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
via email, phone, and chat.
2\. Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and issue resolution.
3\. Use MS-Excel to analyze customer data and trends to improve service
quality.
4\. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize customer
retention and satisfaction.
5\. Help manage the Shopify platform, updating product listings and ensuring a
seamless online shopping experience.
6\. Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
7\. Work closely with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and
innovation in customer support processes.
