Video Editing/Making - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Content Editing & Production

1\. Edit raw footage into polished short-form and long-form videos for

Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

2\. Maintain a clean, engaging, and brand-consistent editing style.

3\. Add captions, transitions, effects, music, and graphics to enhance viewer

engagement.

B. Creative Conceptualization

1\. Contribute ideas for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and storytelling-based content

around:

2\. Entrepreneurship lessons from the book

3\. Behind the scenes of the book-writing journey

4\. Author insights, learnings, and knowledge capsules

5\. Help shape scripts, hooks, and visual concepts to improve viewer

retention.

C. Brand Styling & Consistency

1\. Follow brand guidelines for colors, fonts, tone, and overall theme.

2\. Ensure every edit aligns with the purpose of the content educational,

inspiring, or storytelling.

3\. Maintain a consistent visual identity across all social media platforms.

D. File & Asset Management

1\. Organize all footage, project files, and exports within a structured drive

folder system.

2\. Maintain version control and keep regular backups updated.

E. Publishing Coordination

1\. Collaborate with the content and social media team to maintain a posting

calendar.

2\. Deliver final edits at least 24 hours before the scheduled post date.

3\. Provide videos in all required formats Reel (9:16), YouTube (16:9), and

Square (1:1).

F. Quality Control

1\. Ensure all edits are original no plagiarism, templates, or copyrighted

music.

2\. Maintain authenticity and creativity using only approved editing tools (no

AI video generators).

3\. Perform thorough quality checks for sound, captions, resolution, and

narrative flow before submission.

G. Performance Tracking (Basic)

1\. Track video metrics (views, retention, engagement) to understand

performance trends.

2\. Suggest content and editing improvements based on data insights.
