We're hiring a business development intern to learn and support our online

bidding process, where we pitch our services on platforms like Upwork,

Freelancer, and Fiverr to potential global clients.

What is Online Bidding? It's the process of finding client-posted projects

(e.g., "Need a new logo" or "Build a Shopify website") on freelance platforms

and writing smart, tailored proposals to win that work for our agency. It's

one of the most in-demand skills in today's digital economy.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, etc.

2\. Write clear, persuasive proposals based on client briefs

3\. Coordinate with our design/dev team to scope tasks accurately

4\. Follow up with interested leads and assist in closing deals

5\. Maintain a record of bids, responses, and progress
