Membership Management - Internship
Walkabout Active Agers Pvt Ltd
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Providing end-to-end support and resolutions for learners across mediums
like email, Facebook, WhatsApp, and phone calls
2\. Working with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and
informed of any changes in company policies
3\. Problem-solving to help turn frustrated clients into repeat customers
4\. Maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and
establishing a positive relationship with every learner
5\. Providing seamless and timely support to help learners get into classes
6\. Leveraging judgment on how to respond to social media or negative comments
7\. Identifying and flagging common issues to the right team and finding
solutions
8\. Managing the knowledge base, which involves understanding product updates
and documenting how to communicate with learners across frequently asked
questions
9\. Updating the FAQ page and documenting new issues as they come up
Walkabout is building an interactive community for older adults to learn,
grow, and connect. We are a team who are passionate about adding value to the
lives of our Walkabout Learners, and are looking for others who are excited to
