Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Candidate sourcing and screening: Assist in finding candidates through
various channels, review resumes, and conduct initial phone screenings.
2\. Interview coordination: Schedule interviews, manage communication between
candidates and hiring managers, and help ensure a smooth interview process.
3\. Job postings and administration: Help draft and post job descriptions,
manage job boards, and update candidate databases and applicant tracking
systems (ATS).
4\. Recruitment support: Work with the talent acquisition team to meet hiring
goals, assist with administrative tasks, and support recruiters during
interviews and meetings.
