MS-Word, and MS-Excel savvy candidate, you will have the opportunity to gain

1\. Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing

resumes, and scheduling interviews.

2\. Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing paperwork

and conducting orientation sessions.

3\. Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records

and updating databases.

4\. Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and

coordinating team-building activities.

5\. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting

evaluations and providing feedback to employees.

6\. Support HR team with training and development initiatives, including

coordinating training sessions and tracking employee progress.

7\. Assist with HR compliance efforts, including ensuring policies and

procedures are followed in accordance with legal requirements.
