Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. *Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through various job portals
(LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.).
2\. * Energetic Cold Calling.
3\. *Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
4\. *Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
5\. *Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
6\. *Support the HR team in daily operations and documentation.
7\. *Contribute ideas to improve recruitment strategies and candidate
engagement.
