Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Assisting the facility team with daily operations and administrative
support
2\. Coordinating with vendors for maintenance, housekeeping, security, and
pantry services
3\. Tracking and reporting facility-related issues, including repairs and
utilities
4\. Managing office inventory supplies, equipment, and consumables
5\. Supporting workstation setups, meeting rooms, and office event
arrangements
6\. Participating in safety checks and ensuring compliance with company
standards
7\. Maintaining facility documentation, checklists, and maintenance logs
8\. Assisting in sustainability and energy-saving initiatives
9\. Coordinating minor office moves or space reconfigurations
10\. Helping plan and execute office events, celebrations, and engagement
activities
11\. Managing logistics for town halls, team gatherings, and workshops
12\. Collaborating with HR and Admin teams to foster a positive office culture
13\. Capturing event highlights and updates for internal communications
