Social Media Marketing - Internship

Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities at Travaa Wellness Spa:

1.Social Media & Content Creation

Assist in creating engaging social media posts, stories, and reels for

Instagram and other platforms.

2.Capture and edit photos/videos of spa treatments, ambience, and events.

Coordinate with the design/marketing team for posters, offers, and campaign

ideas.

3.Client Experience & Front Desk Support

Welcome and assist clients with appointments, service details, and membership

queries.

4.Maintain a warm, professional, and luxurious customer service environment.

5.Collect client feedback and ensure a seamless experience from entry to exit.

6.Brand Promotion & Marketing

Support in executing local marketing activities (college tie-ups, influencer

invites, nearby promotions).

7.Help in planning wellness workshops, festive offers, and special campaigns.

8.Maintain and update CRM data for client follow-ups and memberships.

9.Operations & Coordination

Assist in day-to-day spa operations, including scheduling, stock checks, and

coordination with therapists.

10.Ensure neat presentation of treatment rooms and lounge areas as per brand

standards.
