Retail Sales - Internship

As a Retail Sales Intern at Nivara, you will be the face of the brand -

engaging with customers, curating experiences, and ensuring every visit to our

store feels memorable. You'll learn the nuances of luxury sales, brand

storytelling, and customer relationship building from one of the most dynamic

young teams in the jewellery industry.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Customer Experience: Greet and assist customers with warmth,

professionalism, and attentiveness - ensuring a personalized and memorable

shopping experience.

2\. Product Understanding: Develop a deep knowledge of Nivara's collections,

designs, and the concept of lab-grown diamonds to confidently educate

customers.

3\. Sales Enablement: Support in achieving store sales targets through

effective product presentation, upselling, and customer engagement.

4\. Brand Representation: Uphold the Nivara brand standards in appearance,

language, and demeanor that embodies our philosophy of "Everyday Luxury."

5\. Store Operations: Assist in maintaining store displays, inventory

organization, and overall store ambience to ensure a premium customer

environment.

6\. Customer Relationship Building: Capture customer details, follow up with

prospects, and maintain meaningful engagement through post-visit interactions.

7\. Campaign & Event Support: Participate in in-store events, trunk shows, and

brand exhibitions - supporting the team in execution and guest experience.
