Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1) Make daily outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.
2) Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the student's interests,
eligibility, and academic goals.
3) Qualify leads by assessing their potential fit for specific destinations,
universities, and courses.
4) Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM
system.
5) Follow up consistently with interested prospects to nurture relationships
and move them toward counseling or application stages.
6) Collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams to ensure smooth
handover of qualified leads.
7) Participate in weekly meetings to review progress, share feedback, and
suggest improvements in lead conversion.
8) Stay informed about the latest study destinations, universities, and
program options offered by the company.
