Trainee Engineer - Internship

Experience Required: Female fresher trainee engineer with good technical and

communication

We are seeking a detail-minded and enthusiastic candidate to oversee our

website listings, RFQ (Request for Quotation) sourcing, and project

coordination assistance. The candidate should preferably have an electrical or

electronics engineering background, good computer skills, and excellent

communication skills.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Maintain and update product descriptions on company websites and other

digital platforms.

2\. Source RFQs from appropriate platforms and create precise quotes.

3\. Communicate with customers, suppliers, and partners via professional

business emails.

4\. Coordinate and assist with current projects under engineering and

procurement.

5\. Keep and arrange data using MS Excel and MS Word.

6\. Perform online research for products, suppliers, and emerging business

prospects.

7\. Assist the sales and technical team in documentation and communication

activities.

8\. Learn and adopt new tools, platforms, and processes as necessary.
