Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Platform Management: Managing day-to-day posting, scheduling, and

community engagement across all core platforms: Instagram, Facebook, and

YouTube.

2\. Content Creation: Ideating, researching, and writing compelling

content(captions, scripts, short-form copy) that aligns with our brand voice

and marketing goals.

3\. Visual Collaboration: Working closely with the Graphic Designer to

finalize visuals (static posts, Reels, YouTube thumbnails, etc.) according to

the weekly content schedule.

4\. Trend & Idea Generation: Actively researching current social media trends,

formats, and competitor strategies to propose new, innovative ideas to boost

engagement and reach.

5\. Community Engagement: Monitoring comments, responding to direct messages,

and fostering a positive online community and brand reputation.

6\. Reporting & Strategy: Attending weekly team meetings to discuss

performance, analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions), and assist

in planning future campaigns.

7\. Administrative Support: Maintaining an organized content calendar & drive.
