Influencer Marketing - Internship

Are you passionate about social media trends, the creator economy, and

building authentic relationships? We're looking for an enthusiastic and

detail-oriented influencer marketing intern to join our dynamic marketing

team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience by

supporting the entire lifecycle of our influencer campaigns, from initial

research to performance analysis. You'll play a critical role in finding and

engaging with the creators who will amplify our brand message across various

digital platforms.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Creator sourcing and vetting: Research, identify, and categorize potential

micro and macro-influencers across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and

YouTube who align with our brand values and target audience.

2\. Database management: Maintain and update our influencer customer

relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring all contact information,

campaign statuses, and performance metrics are accurately recorded.

3\. Initial outreach support: Assist in crafting personalized outreach emails

and direct messages to potential partners and manage follow-up communications.

4\. Content monitoring: Track and monitor live influencer content to ensure

compliance with campaign briefs, brand guidelines, and disclosure requirements

(e.g., FTC standards).

5\. Performance tracking: Collect, organize, and analyze data from ongoing

campaigns (e.g., engagement rates, impressions, follower growth, website

traffic) using various analytics tools.

6\. Trend reporting: Stay current with the latest social media platform

changes, algorithm updates, and emerging content trends, providing weekly

summaries to the marketing team.

7\. Sample coordination: Manage the logistics of sending product samples or

creative assets to influencers, ensuring timely delivery and confirmation.
