Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Recruitment Support: Assist in end-to-end hiring activities from sourcing
resumes to scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
2\. Sourcing & Screening: Identify potential candidates through job portals,
social media, and databases; screen profiles based on client requirements.
3\. Database Management: Maintain and regularly update candidate and client
data in the recruitment tracker
4\. Interview Coordination: Manage interview schedules, follow up with
candidates, and ensure timely communication of feedback.
5\. Social Media Recruitment: Use LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media
platforms to post job openings, attract candidates, and build brand
visibility.
6\. Social Media Management: Create, edit, and post engaging content (reels,
job updates, success stories, etc.) across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other
platforms.
7\. Employer Branding: Promote the company's culture, activities, and
achievements through creative social media campaigns to attract potential
talent.
