As an 'HR Operations Intern' at LiftU.tech, you will have the exciting
opportunity to hone your communication skills while assisting our sales team
in generating leads and closing deals. Your role will involve reaching out to
potential candidates over the phone, explaining about jobs, and persuading
them to engage with our platform.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1\. Conducting outbound calls to prospective candidates and submitting the
profiles
2\. Providing information about jobs to interested candidates
3\. Assisting in creating and implementing calling scripts for various
scenarios
4\. Collaborating with the HR team to align challenges and process
improvements
5\. Constantly seeking feedback and training to improve your communication
skills and performance.
