Media Production - Internship

As a 'Production Intern,' you will assist and oversee all aspects of shoot

production - from pre-production planning to on-set execution and post-wrap

follow up. You will work closely with the creative, editorial, and operations

teams to ensure that shoots run smoothly, on time, and within budget. This is

an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in production operations

and grow your skills in content creation.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Assisting in scouting and booking locations, managing permits, and

coordinating logistics.

2\. Helping schedule and coordinate shoot days (crew, talent, equipment).

3\. Liaising with vendors (camera, lighting, props, transport) and monitoring

equipment setup.

4\. Providing on-site support during shoots, ensuring all requirements are

met, and troubleshooting on the fly.

5\. Assisting with shot lists, scripts, call sheets, and ensuring the

production plan is followed.

6\. Coordinating with internal teams (creative, editorial, marketing) to align

on shoot objectives.

7\. Managing and tracking production budgets and expenses.

8\. Assisting in post-production handoff by labeling, transferring, and

archiving footage.

9\. Maintaining inventory of production gear and ensuring proper care of

equipment.

10\. Capturing behind-the-scenes (BTS) content where needed.

11\. Supporting any ad hoc tasks related to production or content initiatives.
