Alumni Relations - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Event Planning and Support

1\. Assist in organizing alumni events, reunions, webinars, and networking

sessions.

2\. Coordinate logistics such as registrations, setup, signage, feedback

collection, and follow-ups.

3\. Represent the alumni office at selected events and orientations.

4\. Liaise with Faculty Alumni Coordinators and Student Alumni Committee

Members for information and reporting.

B. Alumni Engagement and Communications

1\. Assist in managing alumni social media accounts and engagement platforms.

2\. Collect and organize alumni stories, testimonials, and success highlights.

3\. Respond to alumni queries and help reconnect with lost or inactive alumni.

4\. Analyze engagement data and assist in preparing communication and activity

reports.

5\. Coordinate with institutions for alumni job postings and mentorship

allotment.

C. Data and Administrative Tasks

1\. Update and maintain alumni databases with accurate contact and engagement

information.

2\. Manage records, filing, and documentation related to alumni interactions

and events.

D. Content Creation

1\. Support content writing for newsletters, event materials, and social media

posts.

2\. Assist in designing promotional and event-related collateral.

3\. Help in updating website content and alumni portal materials.
