Project Management - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Task & Timeline Management
\- Break projects into tasks (with deadlines).
\- Create and maintain project boards in Trello/ClickUp/Notion.
\- Follow up daily with designers/editors to ensure timelines are met.
\- Flag delays before they become problems.
2\. Briefing & Internal Communication
\- Convert your or client's brief into clear internal task briefs.
\- Share with the design/video team and ensure clarity.
\- Keep all communication documented (so nothing gets lost in WhatsApp).
3\. Client Coordination Support
\- Collect client feedback and pass it to the right person.
\- Schedule review calls or send progress updates.
\- Make sure all revisions are tracked and completed.
4\. Quality & Delivery Check
\- Before final delivery, cross-check links, naming, versions, formats.
\- Ensure the output matches the brief (and the quality bar).
5\. Reporting
\- Maintain a simple tracker of project status and send weekly updates to you.
\- Report blockers or extra requirements early.
