Content Writing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Develop, write, and edit proposals, ensuring clarity, structure, and

alignment requirements

2\. Work closely with internal teams to gather information, understand client

needs, and tailor proposals to specific opportunities

3\. Manage the end-to-end proposal process, including proposal strategy,

content development, formatting, and submission

4\. Research and analyze client requirements and ensure the proposal addresses

all specifications and expectations

5\. Create and maintain proposal templates, ensuring consistency in messaging

and formatting

6\. Collaborate with subject-matter experts (SMEs) to ensure technical

accuracy in content

7\. Review, revise, and edit existing proposals to enhance quality and ensure

compliance with guidelines

8\. Track and manage deadlines, ensuring timely completion of proposals and

related documents

9\. Assist in preparing presentations, executive summaries, and supporting

documentation as needed
