Dermatologist (Social media) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Customer Consultation & Support:

1\. Provide 1:1 skin consultations through video calls, chats, or voice to

address skin concerns and recommend suitable products.

2\. Help customers build a skincare routine tailored to their skin type and

conditions.

Face of the Brand:

1\. Represent the brand in Instagram Lives, product videos, expert Q&A reels,

and testimonials.

2\. Build trust with audiences by sharing science-backed, skin-friendly advice

in a relatable and professional tone.

Content Collaboration & Validation:

1\. Work closely with the content and marketing teams to co-create skincare

tips, myth-busting reels, and ingredient-focused content.

2\. Review and validate skincare-related claims made in product messaging.

Education & Training:

1\. Train the internal teams (sales, customer support, marketing) on skin

science, ingredient functions, and how to guide customers better.

2\. Conduct internal knowledge sessions on common skin concerns and

treatments.

Product Development Support:

1\. Assist in research and feedback for new formulations.

2\. Review ingredient lists, suggest actives, and ensure dermatological safety

of upcoming products.

Customer Trust & Community Engagement:

1\. Engage with skincare enthusiasts and customers in webinars, masterclasses,

and social content.

2\. Help build a science-first, trustworthy brand voice among the target

audience.
