UGC Creator Collaboration & Influencer Partnership - Internship

We're looking for an energetic, social-media-savvy individual who loves

discovering creators, communicating with influencers, and understanding what

kind of videos actually sell!

As a UGC Creator Collaboration Intern, you'll be responsible for scouting,

shortlisting, and coordinating with UGC creators (micro & nano influencers) to

produce content for our D2C clients.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Research and identify suitable UGC creators on Instagram, YouTube Shorts

style platforms (based on brand briefs).

2\. Reach out to creators, share briefs, and negotiate deliverables &

timelines.

3\. Coordinate with creators to ensure on-time delivery of videos.

4\. Review video quality before sending it to the marketing team.

5\. Maintain a tracker of all collaborations, payments, and approvals in

Google Sheets.

6\. Keep up with social-media trends and suggest new UGC formats that work for

ads.

7\. Support the marketing team with creator shortlists for upcoming campaigns.

Requirements:

1\. Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and short-form

video content.

2\. Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

3\. Organized, proactive, and deadline-oriented.

4\. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

5\. Bonus: Prior experience in influencer marketing or creator management.

Duration: 3 to 6 months

Stipend: 5,000 - 15,000 / month (depending on performance & experience)
