Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Bangalore properties valued between 1-2 crore and beyond.

2\. Engaging with affluent clients including tech executives, startup

founders, CXOs, NRIs, and global investors

3\. Presenting premium properties in Bangalore's most sought-after locations

4\. Conducting property consultations and investment advisory sessions

5\. Learning consultative selling techniques used by top luxury real estate

professionals

6\. Participating in site visits, client meetings, and deal closures

7\. Building relationships with clients who make decisions worth crores
