Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Assist customers via calls, emails, and chats, resolve inquiries, maintain
support records, and ensure a smooth service experience.
2\. Support the customer support team by handling customer queries, tracking
complaints, providing timely solutions, updating service records, and
contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
3\. Answer customer questions, address complaints, record issues, follow up
for resolution, and assist in maintaining high service standards.
