Udaan Intern – Sourcing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1 - Understand brand requirements, customer expectations, and design alignment

for sourcing activities.

2 - Manage GTM calendar, buy plans, and ensure timelines are adhered to for

proto/PP/Gold seal approvals.

3 - Track and update proto/PP/Dexter requests, size specifications, and

pending details for team review.

4 - Build knowledge of brand categories, fits, garment constructions, and

maintain a sourcing knowledge bank.

5 - Assess risks in design handshakes by ensuring design sheets contain

sufficient details for vendors.

6 - Prepare accurate size specifications for each style, upload in PLM, and

communicate with suppliers.

7 - Lead sample reviews with design teams, incorporate feedback, and update

vendors within 48 hours.

8 - Collaborate with sourcing, brand, design, and internal teams by conducting

weekly meetings and reviewing buy plans.

9 - Monitor KPIs such as first-time approval rates, rejection causes, and

timeline adherence for sample approvals.

10 - Maintain master data sheets for sample tracking including style IDs,

approval status, and reasons for rejections.
