Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Teaching primary and senior secondary students
2\. Designing syllabus, worksheets & maintaining academic records.
3\. Planning classroom activities and interactive workshops for children.
4\. Sharing regular observations with parents through parent-teacher meetings.
5\. Conducting educational field visits to enhance experiential learning.

SPWF is working towards child upliftment and women's empowerment. It provides quality education and nutrition to underprivileged children and generates employment for women. Our organization has provided benefits to 500+ children and their families so far.
