Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing WhatsApp marketing

campaigns to promote products, services, or events.

2\. Content Creation: Draft engaging and personalized WhatsApp messages,

including text, images, videos, and promotional materials that align with the

brand's tone.

3\. Contact Management: Organize and maintain WhatsApp contact lists, ensuring

data accuracy and segmentation for targeted messaging.

4\. Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer queries, share product

details, and maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions.

5\. Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through WhatsApp

interactions and forward qualified leads to the sales or marketing team.

6\. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers through WhatsApp chats

or surveys to understand satisfaction and improve marketing strategies.
