Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Creating engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook,

LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) related to real estate projects and events.

2\. Writing captions, blog posts, and short articles to enhance brand

storytelling.

3\. Assisting in planning and executing social media campaigns to promote

projects and generate leads.

4\. Coordinating with the design and video team for reels, posters, and event

teasers.

5\. Managing daily posting schedules, monitoring engagement, and responding to

comment / messages.

6\. Researching real estate trends and competitor activities to suggest

creative ideas.

7\. Tracking analytics and preparing weekly performance reports.

8\. Supporting digital branding activities during property launches and

events.
