Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Influencer

Marketing Manager to lead our brand presence across multiple digital platforms

including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google My Business.

The role involves end-to-end management of our social content, campaigns, and

influencer collaborations, driving both awareness and engagement for our B2C

and B2B verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

1\. Plan, create, and execute monthly content calendars for all Swahaa brands

(B2C & B2B).

2\. Strategize and post reels, stories, carousels, and campaigns aligned with

brand goals.

3\. Oversee content creation including product shoots, design briefs, and

video concepts.

4\. Manage brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and

Pinterest.

5\. Track social trends and create educational, relatable, and viral content

in skincare, dermatology, and aesthetics.

6\. Ensure all platforms reflect a consistent brand tone, visual identity, and

communication style.

Influencer & Collaboration Management

1\. Identify and onboard relevant skincare, beauty, and medical influencers

across micro, macro, and doctor categories.

2\. Maintain and manage an updated influencer database with performance

metrics and ROI tracking.

3\. Plan and execute collaboration campaigns (paid & barter) across social

media platforms.

4\. Coordinate product dispatch, follow-up, and performance evaluation of

influencer content.

5\. Draft influencer communication templates, briefs, and campaign

deliverables.

6\. Analyze influencer reach, engagement, and impact on brand growth.

7\. Build long-term relationships with creators who align with Swahaa's brand

ethos.

Analytics & Reporting

1\. Track and analyze performance metrics for content and influencer

campaigns.

2\. Generate monthly social media and influencer reports for management

review.

3\. Provide insights to improve engagement, conversions, and brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1\. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related field.

2\. 1-2 years of experience in social media management and influencer

marketing, preferably in the skincare, beauty, wellness, or pharmaceutical

sectors.

3\. Hands-on experience with Instagram Creator Studio, Meta Business Suite,

Canva, and CapCut.

4\. Proficient in campaign tracking tools (Google Sheets, CRM, or influencer

dashboards).

5\. Strong creative sense for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics.

6\. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for influencer

coordination.

7\. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage campaigns end-to-end.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

Experience in running paid social campaigns (Meta / YouTube / Google).

Understanding of SEO and content marketing fundamentals.

Prior-work with dermatologists, skincare clinics, or cosmetic brands.

Knowledge of video editing, content scripting, and basic analytics tools.
