Urban Planning - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1\. Do research on city projects, land use, transportation, and community
needs.
2\. Collect and organize data for reports and planning studies.
3\. Help create maps and visuals using tools like GIS or Google Maps.
4\. Support report writing and help prepare presentations or documents.
5\. Attend meetings with planners and take notes or help prepare materials.
6\. Assist with community events such as public meetings or workshops.
7\. Review planning documents and development proposals with guidance from
senior staff.
8\. Work with the team to share ideas and help on different projects.
9\. Keep project files and records up to date and well-organized.
10\. Learn about planning processes and city development through training and
mentoring.
11\. Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the planning team or
supervisor.
