HR Recuriter - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1\. Talent Sourcing: Find and attract candidates using portals like Naukri,
LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media.
2\. Screening & Shortlisting: Reviewing resumes, assessing qualifications, and
selecting suitable profiles.
3\. Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews, communicating with
candidates and hiring managers.
4\. Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Familiarity with recruitment software
(e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workable, BambooHR).
5\. Job Posting & Branding: Writing engaging job descriptions and posting on
multiple platforms.
6\. Database Management: Maintaining candidate records and tracking
application progress.
7\. Reference Checks: Conducting background verification and employment
checks.
8\. Offer & Onboarding Support: Preparing offer letters and helping new hires
with joining formalities.
