HR Manager - Internship
Counseling Shortcuts
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented 'HR Associate Intern' who
will assist in hiring for our 'Telecounseling Sales Team.' The intern will
gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, from resume screening to
onboarding.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Source and screen resumes for non-tech roles
2\. Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
3\. Follow up with interviewers and ensure timely feedback
4\. Assist in offer rollouts, candidate documentation, and HR records
5\. Conduct induction & onboarding formalities for selected candidates
6\. Maintain daily MIS of hiring status, interviews, and documentation flow
Note: Interns will be expected to work with hiring targets and delivery KPIs
