Performance Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Paid campaign execution & optimization:
1\. Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms
2\. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and ad formats to drive
better ROI
B. Performance tracking & reporting:
1\. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing campaigns
2\. Provide data-driven insights and recommend improvements to enhance
performance
C. Budget & spending management:
1\. Support the team in managing and allocating daily campaign budgets
efficiently
2\. Monitor cost per click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad
spend (ROAS), and other essential metrics
D. Audience & market research:
1\. Research target audiences and competitor strategies to support campaign
planning
2\. Assist in identifying new opportunities for growth and audience expansion
E. Creative & copy collaboration:
1\. Work with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
and copies
2\. Suggest ideas based on performance insights to refine messaging and
visuals
